Shipping Policy

  • Shipping options and expected delivery times are available at checkout.
  • Order confirmation will be emailed after the order has successfully been placed.
  • All orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse within three (3) business days (subject to stock availability).
  • Distribution warehouse operates Monday through Friday, 8am to 2pm Auckland time except for public holidays.
  • Shipping carrier will vary depending on the size, weight and delivery destination of the package.
  • Delivery tracking will be provided by the shipping carrier.
  • We currently ship within New Zealand only.
